I should be asleep but...
Evening all.
As I write this I'm short on my rent check that will post in two more days and I'm making a plan to soften the incoming overdraft charge that will kick me in the junk by Thursday. I'll more than likely do some lyft driving tomorrow then maybe some food delivery in the afternoon. Either way I know deep in my heart that I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS ANYMORE!!!!
So what's the plan? I've been doing stand-up comedy for a few years now and I'm at the point where I need to go on the road in order to get to the next level of performing but I have these stupid bills to contend with. All the while I've been doing the FoodBiz Podcast with Thor and I feel the need to take that to the next level as well. The question is,"How?"
Tomorrow night Thor and I are going to meet after work and shoot another episode to be uploaded an a later date. We've been getting some interesting feedback on these shows and we defiantly need to find a way to reach a broader audience. Granted you who are reading this more than likely are only doing so because you saw me on TV, so how do I get you to watch this show and see that not only am I not the guy you think I am but that I know a fair amount about this restaurant industry?
No matter what I'm open to suggestions as long as they're not:
1.Kill yourself
2. Take your top off
3. Take your top off and kill yourself
One way or the other I'm going to find a way to leave my day job!

So hopefully all of you who are looking up this blog for some insight to The Mystery Diners episode from a year ago will see this and want to join in the discussion. What discussion? The one about the Restaurant industry and how it's changed over the past few years.
